Privacy & advertising choices

Your service request

Good Samaritan Towing uses your contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle information and request notes to quote, arrange and provide service, send appointment updates and maintain business records. Dispatch information is restricted to authorized staff. Our service providers support hosting and appointment email delivery.

Facebook advertising measurement

When advertising is permitted, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to share page views and successful towing requests with Meta for advertising measurement and optimization. Data can include browser and click identifiers, an event identifier, a public page URL, IP address and browser information. Meta may combine this with information it holds and process it outside your country.

We do not send your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, pickup or drop-off addresses, precise GPS location, private status link or request notes to Meta. A request event measures an inquiry, not an accepted booking, completed tow or payment. We do not automatically share completed-job information.

Consent and withdrawal

Advertising is off until you choose in regions requiring consent, and when your region cannot be determined. Elsewhere it can be enabled without a banner, subject to your choices and applicable opt-outs. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and never affects your ability to request service. We honor Global Privacy Control. Events blocked before acceptance are not sent later.

We keep a pseudonymous visitor reference, the time, country, notice version and wording, your advertising choice and privacy signal as evidence. A later withdrawal is recorded without deleting the earlier acceptance. Choices are saved for up to one year in your browser; request and consent records are retained for operational and compliance needs. Advertising cookies can include Meta’s _fbp and _fbc. Browser identifiers are not anonymization.
